Responsibilities
- Transformation Execution: Develop and drive the integrated transformation roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
- AI-SDLC Implementation: Lead adoption of the AI-enabled Software Development Lifecycle across FPL Solutions and continuously improve how technology is planned, built, tested, released, and operated.
- Workstream Integration: Coordinate Product, Engineering, Architecture, AI, DevSecOps, Cybersecurity, Change Management, training, and other transformation activities.
- AI-Enabled Delivery: Accelerate practical use of AI, automation, and agents throughout the technology-delivery lifecycle.
- Adoption & Readiness: Partner with leaders and teams to drive communications, training, capability development, behavioral change, and sustained adoption.
- Execution Leadership: Identify and resolve cross-functional risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and barriers to transformation.
- Performance & Analytics: Establish KPIs and dashboards measuring adoption, productivity, quality, delivery performance, and transformation outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned, establish reusable practices and playbooks, and continuously improve the delivery model.
- Trains and coaches leaders, teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindset.

- Manages risk and dependencies, communicates and escalates impediments to facilitate transparency, and reduces bottlenecks.
- Embraces a continuous improvement mindset, and drives the use of agile engineering best practices and innovation.
- Reports on standardized program-level metrics, and understands, tracks, and operates within the program budget.
- Plays an instrumental role in the organization's Agile transformation, acts as a change agent, and shows strong leadership skills with a positive and collaborative attitude.
