About the role

The role of Agile Coach at Contact Government Services, LLC involves leading teams through Agile methodologies, facilitating continuous improvement, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. This position requires a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, as well as experience in managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile teams in implementing Scrum and Kanban frameworks
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach team members on Agile best practices and techniques
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine product requirements
  • Monitor progress against goals and adjust strategies as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Agile coaching and project management
  • Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for software development and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
  • Understanding of security clearance requirements and processes
