Aggregate Operator Crush Wash Dredge

Job Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Prior experience at a mineral extraction site is preferred.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions and dirty/dusty environments.
• Member of the appropriate trade union or willing to become one.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate and maintain various construction equipment such as dredges, loaders, haul trucks, skid steer loaders, water trucks, graders, man lifts, dozers, excavators, and back hoes.
• Experience operating and maintaining a crush/wash plant is preferred.
• Ability to participate in general site maintenance and upkeep.
• Knowledge of proper safety and incident reporting procedures.

Skills

• Operate and maintain construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as shoveling and skid steer operation.
• Assist with repair tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work site.
• Follow proper safety protocols.
