Agentic Product Manager
About the role
Join our dynamic team as a core leader in Chase's Agentic Experience organization, where you will drive product innovation and lead the end-to-end product life cycle. You will act as the voice of the customer, developing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and long-term engagement with Chase's agentic experiences. Leveraging your deep understanding of customer behavior, digital engagement, and channel strategy, you will guide how customers discover and return to agentic features by translating data and research into actionable messaging, entry points, and notification strategies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver scalable, resilient, and stable experiences that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the engagement and adoption strategy for the agentic experience, including entry points, proactive messaging, and notification frameworks that drive discoverability and repeat usage.
- Lead customer research and behavioral data analysis to identify friction points and opportunities across the customer journey, translating findings into prioritized roadmap initiatives.
- Own and maintain a product backlog spanning messaging, engagement surfaces, and channel integrations, ensuring alignment with the broader agentic strategic roadmap.
- Build and track the engagement measurement framework—including adoption rate, habituation, message click-through, and retention metrics—and partner with analytics teams to operationalize go/no-go criteria across rollout phases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, with demonstrated focus on customer engagement, growth, or digital channel strategy.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, with strong fluency in behavioral analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.
- Proven ability to drive adoption and engagement strategies across complex, multi-channel digital products—including push notifications, in-app messaging, and proactive customer communications.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams (Channels, Comms, Marketing, Analytics) and drive decisions independently without escalation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
- Experience with AI-driven or agentic product experiences, personalization engines, or proactive customer communication platforms.
Benefits
- Comprehensive health care coverage, including on-site health and wellness centers.
- Retirement savings plan.
- Backup childcare and tuition reimbursement.
- Mental health support and financial coaching.
- Base salary determined based on role, experience, skill set, and location, with potential for commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation (cash and/or forfeitable equity).
