About the role
The Agentic Operations and Intelligence Consultant is responsible for driving strategic deals and transforming business operations through Agentforce process automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary solution leader on complex deals
- Define and pitch a multi-year "Value Roadmap" for customers
- Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) in C-suite presentations
- Lead and manage 4–5 week POC engagements
- Partner with Product and Engineering to provide real-world feedback
- Drive revenue growth as part of a commissionable team
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, business value consulting, or technology consulting
- Deep industry experience in financial services, healthcare & life sciences, supply chain, or public sector
- Master of Discovery: Proven ability to lead whiteboard sessions
- Technical Fluency: Ability to configure solutions using no-code tools
- Executive Presence: Exceptional ability to communicate complex AI and automation concepts
- Experience working in or alongside quota-carrying roles with MBO or KSO-based incentive structures
Skills
- Familiarity with supply chain management, financial services, or workflow automation platforms
- Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-scaling environment

Pay
The typical base salary range for this position is $134,750 - $244,510 annually. Specific ranges may vary by location.
