Agentic AI Software Engineer (Java / Python)

About the role

This is a 12+ month onsite position in Plano, TX or Columbus, OH for local W2 candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain Agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Design and orchestrate multi-agent workflows, tool integrations, and autonomous decision-making frameworks.
• Develop, test, and optimize AI-driven applications leveraging large language models, agent frameworks, and retrieval capabilities.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and support AI-enabled applications in production.
• Implement responsible AI practices, model governance, and security considerations in line with enterprise development standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Java with hands-on experience developing and supporting production-grade applications.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and vLLM.
• Experience designing and integrating multi-agent workflows and autonomous decision-making frameworks.
• Strong understanding of API development, microservices architectures, and integration patterns in modern software ecosystems.
