Agentic AI Head of Commercial (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking to hire ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. As an EWOR Fellow, you will own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Agentic AI, with the backing of serial entrepreneurs like Paul Müller (founder of Adjust, €1.2B exit) and Petter Made (founder of SumUp, €8B).

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in a high-impact field such as Agentic AI
• Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, enhancing your goal, time, and energy management
• Hire top talent with support from our network and guidance from serial entrepreneurs
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding
• Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit and build a sales force or marketing engine

Requirements

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate
• Willing to take full responsibility for scaling your startup to €100M+ in revenues
• Excellent communication skills in English
