Agentic AI Engineer

About the role

Develop production-grade AI agents leveraging Claude, Snowflake data outputs, and MCP/DMCP protocol integrations. Design agent workflows that effectively consume Slack semantic models and Salesforce chat outputs. Implement robust retrieval, context assembly, and agent orchestration pipelines. Build and maintain MCP and DMCP protocol integrations for seamless system communication. Ingest and model Salesforce customer chat data into Snowflake, creating semantic layers and agent-ready datasets. Establish development and production environments for agent workloads, ensuring security and observability.

What You'll Need

• Proven hands-on experience as an Agentic AI Engineer.
• Strong expertise in DMCP and MCP protocols, Snowflake, and Claude.
• Experience with designing semantic models for various data sources.
• Proficiency in building secure, production-grade enterprise integrations.
• Ability to implement RBAC, secrets management, monitoring, logging, and observability.
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including ELT/ETL pipelines using Snowflake features or dbt.
