Agentic AI Engineer

About the role

Location: Dallas/Irving, TX; Basking Ridge, NJ; Atlanta, GA (onsite/hybrid). This is a long‑term, full‑time position on the company’s W‑2 payroll. Independent candidates are welcome; C2C and 1099 arrangements are not available.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using Python.
• Build intelligent agents capable of planning, reasoning, using tools, evaluating results, and adapting their actions.
• Develop agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and/or Semantic Kernel.
• Integrate agents with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and external tools.
• Implement memory, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), tool calling, and multi‑agent workflows.
• Optimize agent performance, reliability, and response quality.
• Work with LLMs and prompt engineering to develop scalable enterprise AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Science, AI/ML, and Engineering teams to deliver production‑grade Agentic AI applications.

Requirements

• Strong Python development skills (mandatory).
• Experience building and deploying AI agents and agentic AI workflows.
• Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, and/or Microsoft Semantic Kernel.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI architecture and workflows.
• Cloud experience (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure acceptable).
• Experience with agent planning and reasoning.
• Experience with tool calling and tool integration.
• Experience with multi‑step agent workflows.
• Experience with memory and context management.
• Experience with reflection and evaluation.
• Experience with agent orchestration.
• Experience integrating AI agents with APIs, databases, web services, and enterprise tools.
• Strong understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation, and vector databases.
• Experience developing production‑ready AI/ML applications.
