About the role
Contract position (6 months) based in Hartford, CT with a mandatory 3‑day onsite requirement. No visa sponsorship is available.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Aura.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce AI tools: Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Prediction Builder, and Next Best Action.
- Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning using Salesforce logs and monitoring tools.
- Experience working in Agile environments; SAFe methodology experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model and collaborating with offshore teams.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT, Copado, and AutoRABIT.
- Experience with GitHub, RTC, and automation tools.
