Agent Sales Manager
Duties/Responsibilities
- Call and/or make email contact with credible agents and agencies throughout the United States that broker Senior Health Insurance Products.
- Effectively communicate to these parties the Carriers and products of key focus to our organization.
- Educate these individuals and organizations on the value of our products and services; and engage them as representatives as such.
- Procure signed contracting from these organizations and/or agents establishing a financial relationship with a commitment for selling our products.
- Maintain contact and develop the relationship to facilitate more production.
- Adhere to weekly call and contracting goals and be accountable for such.
- Continuously work to increase skills, abilities and product knowledge.
- Be affluent in understanding the Senior Health Insurance Industry
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Excellent phone skills and general communication skills
- Ability to learn and understand multiple Carrier differences and advantages
- Drive to work consistently to meet weekly goals for financial success
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills needed
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Email programs
- Ability to learn/use proprietary CRM and other application as needed
- Ability to self-motivate
