Key Sales Responsibilities Generate new business by identifying prospects and converting them into policyholdersMake outbound calls, schedule appointments, and conduct sales presentationsAssess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial linesCross-sell additional products to meet various client needsMaintain a pipeline of prospects, manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals via CRMConsistently meet and exceed individual and agency sales quotasGrow revenue through exceptional customer retention and upsellingCollaborate with team members on strategies for sustainable sales growth What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)Outstanding communication and persuasion skillsHigh comfort level making outbound sales calls and closing dealsWillingness to learn and adaptExcellent organization and time managementProperty & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)Bilingual skills are a plus Why Sell With Us?
