Agent Experience Coordinator
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to enter the fast-paced real estate environment as an Agent Experience Coordinator. This role works closely with office sales manager and top-producing agents and teams. This position provides agents with marketing and administrative support through creation of promotional pieces, broker price opinions, database search capabilities, agent website maintenance, client correspondence and by providing general office and computer assistance.
This is an in-office position, working 37.5 hours/week Monday through Friday, primarily out of our Rhinelander, WI sales office, with occasional travel to other office locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Create brochures, flyers/postcards, marketing materials, and other promotional pieces
- Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and Brokers Price Opinion (BPO)
- Create letters to clients, presentation materials, sales associate introduction cards, and prepare buyers and sellers guides
- Set up and update client and customer sphere of influence databases
- Create farming database for sales associates
- Maintain internet by updating company website and sales associate’s personal websites/pages
- Perform data input, maintain and monitor data files, create files and documents and produce reports
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and sales associates
- Assist agents with setting marketing plans and organizing and facilitating agent training activities
- Assist new agents in setting up their office, getting into MLS, training on computers and office equipment
- Assist with license transfer or annual license renewal
- Serve as back-up to other office staff
- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of high school diploma or the equivalent, with secondary education preferred.
One to three years clerical or administrative experience, with marketing and social platforms experience and real estate knowledge preferred.
Skills
- Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business preferred
- Strong computer/technology skills: proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva products
- Basic proficiency of social media engagement and posting practices (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and a strong customer service focus
- Effective analytical, problem solving and decision making skills; initiative, attention to detail, and a team player
- Project management skills: ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
- Ability to handle stress and work under pressure
