Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Following and executing comprehensive security protocols and emergency response plans
- Providing residential protection and close protection services for the executive and families, including accompanying them to various locations and events
- Monitoring and operating surveillance systems and advanced technological measures
- Conducting thorough risk and threat assessments to identify potential security issues
- Monitoring and adjusting security measures as needed to address changing threat levels
- Coinciding with local law enforcement, security personnel, and other relevant parties to ensure seamless security
- Providing protective surveillance and always maintaining situational awareness
- Conducting security advances to prepare for executive’s arrival at various locations
- Acting quickly and effectively in emergency situations, employing defensive techniques when necessary
- Reporting on security-related incidents and breaches
- Maintaining an elevated level of confidentiality of sensitive information
- Fostering an environment of trust and confidence through exemplary integrity, dedication, and professionalism
- Be prepared for extensive domestic and overseas travel
- Perform job duties in a safe manner
- Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet administrative and operational needs
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Proof of authorization to work in the United States
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Driver's License and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy
- Must be able to obtain and maintain U.S. passport and be able to travel at least 35% of the time, both domestically and overseas
- Must be able to obtain and maintain concealed weapon permit in the state of Nevada
- 3-5 years of Military experience OR law enforcement experience OR have extensive private sector experience in executive protection along with certified executive protection courses and training
- Advanced technical and tactical shooting skills as well as fundamental martial arts abilities
- Required to pass a physical fitness test and maintain excellent physical conditioning
- Must be able to meet operational requirements in a highly dynamic environment while facing aggressive time constraints in domestic and international settings
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks while working independently
- Strong people skills with the ability to communicate effectively with Team Members and other contacts of diverse backgrounds and levels of experience
- Must be able to work varied weekly schedule, shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
