About the role

The John Kim Agency is seeking a qualified Agent Apprentice to join their energetic team in La Palma, California. This client-facing role involves directly serving individuals, families, and businesses, offering tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calling, networking, and referrals
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Sell and cross-sell a range of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
• Maintain outstanding client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
• Meet or exceed monthly production and sales targets
• Stay up to date on insurance products, underwriting, and industry trends

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license, or significant prior sales experience
• Experience achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Motivated self-starter able to work independently as well as in a team
• Bilingual skills are a plus
