We are searching for a driven and knowledgeable Agent Apprentice to join our top-performing team. This position is a perfect fit for professionals with insurance experience who want to further expand their knowledge, sharpen their sales abilities, and develop long-term client partnerships within the Farmers Insurance network.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively pursue and secure new clients through prospecting, referrals, and networking
• Conduct detailed insurance reviews to align coverage with each client’s unique needs
• Present and promote Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
• Foster strong client relationships through attentive service and ongoing support
• Oversee sales processes, including follow-ups and renewals, using CRM tools
• Ensure total compliance with California Department of Insurance guidelines and company policies

Qualifications

• We're looking for insurance professionals who bring experience and proper California licensing.
• 1–2 years of professional insurance experience (sales, service, or production)
• Active California Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
• Life & Health License (or intention to obtain soon after joining)
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
• History of achieving production targets
• High standards of professionalism, organization, and initiative
