The Eric Rodriguez Agency is searching for a passionate, driven Agent Apprentice to join their dynamic Long Beach team and experience the rewards of a successful sales career. Spanish bilingual skills are especially valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying and engaging new prospects, turning connections into loyal clients.
• Consult with individuals and businesses to understand their unique needs and recommend meaningful coverage.
• Cross-sell a full suite of insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and more.
• Build lasting relationships through attentive service, regular reviews, and proactive support.
• Surpass sales goals and help the agency reach new milestones.
• Stay current with ongoing product training and compliance awareness.
• Use CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and renewals.
• Collaborate with your team to strategize and win together.

Requirements

• 1+ year sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in phone conversations and sales closings
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take coaching
• Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset

Qualifications

• Spanish bilingual skills are strongly preferred!
