Role Responsibilities

• Work onsite at our Burbank, CA location
• Provide top-tier service to both English and Spanish-speaking clients
• Use agency-supplied leads to generate new business and expand your network
• Advises clients on insurance needs and recommend custom solutions
• Sell and cross-sell a full suite of Farmers Insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial
• Build strong, lasting client relationships through exceptional service and regular policy reviews
• Stay current on insurance products, compliance regulations, and evolving industry trends

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Has sales or insurance experience (preferred, but not essential)
• Possesses or is willing to obtain required insurance licenses
• Demonstrates excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Motivated, goal-focused, and willing to learn
• Excel at client engagement and providing high-touch customer experience
