Key Responsibilities

• Drive agency growth by generating leads, reaching out proactively, and turning prospects into loyal customers
• Consult with clients to identify their insurance needs and provide custom solutions for auto, home, life, and business insurance
• Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships with proactive service and ongoing support
• Consistently reach and surpass sales goals while focusing on continuous improvement
• Stay informed about insurance products and maintain compliance standards
• Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals efficiently
• Take part in team meetings, training activities, and agency initiatives

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable making outbound calls and securing sales
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow professionally
• Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Compensation Range

$55K - $85K
