Qualifications

  • A strong desire to build something of your own
  • 3 years of proven sales or leadership experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a high level of integrity
  • Goal-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Willing to obtain a state insurance license (we will guide you through the process)

  • Help individuals and families find insurance and financial solutions
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Develop marketing strategies to grow your network
