Job Summary
Supervise the Agency Team. Responsible for maintaining smooth operations, ensuring agent compliance, and acting as the primary escalation point for complex policy, regulatory, or operational issues. Managing day-to-day operations of both internal and external staff. Assists the Senior Management Team in achieving organizational goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Acts as the subject matter expert for carrier product lines, industry updates, and advanced sales support and operational needs.
- Serves as the primary escalation point of contact to resolve complex issues reported by our agents, carriers, and other departments as it relates to Agency Team.
- Create, maintain, and distribute clear, up-to-date documentation to standardize agency team workflows and minimize errors.
- Facilitate communication between the Agency Sales Team and other departments to ensure smooth cross-team functions.
- Assist with the onboarding and training of all new hires within the Agency Team.
- Work directly with Senior Sales Management (Director/VP level) to report on sales goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and agent sentiment.
- Representing the company at various business meetings.
