Job Description
Analyze current business goals and direction and ensure practices align with objectives
Demonstrates competencies in business knowledge, leadership, and general management skills
Analyzes economic data as it relates to programs, projects and processes of moderate complexity; provides action alternatives for improvement as appropriate
Makes strategic suggestions to improve practices to increase performance
Assists in driving results through the development of effective relationships with sales, field, and cross functional leadership
As directed, leads the development/design of new plans, programs & processes up to moderate complexity
Evaluates practices and makes suggestions to improve efficiencies and increase production by developing solutions for problems in these areas
As directed, develops communication strategies and materials to support new plans, programs, or processes
Anticipates and makes recommendations to solve market specific implications of business strategies
Monitors market trends to help the business adjust to changing conditions that affect goals and production
Education & Experience
A 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Insurance business acumen (Preferred)
Ability to manage projects

Compensation offered for this role is 70,100.00 - 121,475.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
