Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets and generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and service
• Understand and explain insurance policies to potential customers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
