Please review our Recruitment Agency Policy for additional information here." These are boilerplate EEO etc, we need to remove. Thus we need sections: About the role (maybe "What You Can Expect In This Role" and "What You'll Do In This Role" combined?), Responsibilities, Requirements/Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Schedule? Not present. No schedule info. So we omit Schedule. We need to decide headings: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can combine Requirements and Qualifications maybe as one section "Requirements". Or separate? The instruction says use those headings as examples; we can choose which to include. We should include sections that have content. We have: - About the role: could be the introductory paragraph "What You Can Expect In This Role". That's a short description. - Responsibilities: the "What You'll Do In This Role" bullet list (though not bullet but sentences). We'll convert to
  • for each duty. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The "What We're Looking For" list includes education, knowledge, abilities, skills. Also "Other Requirements Criminal background check required." Could be part of Requirements. We could split into Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (specific abilities). But we can also combine into one Requirements section. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Requirements and Skills into one section "Requirements". But we have separate headings list includes Skills; we could still include Skills if we have distinct skill bullet points. However to avoid many thin sections, we could have Requirements (including education, knowledge, abilities) and Skills (specific skills). But we need to see if we have enough content for each. The "What We're Looking For" includes: - Bachelor's Degree Preferred - Comprehensive knowledge of all major departmental functions and related systems - Good understanding of the insurance industry including applicable laws and reporting requirements - Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with internal and external business partners - Strong interpersonal skills include respect, patience, approachability, flexibility and ability to handle interruptions and multiple tasks on a daily basis - Knowledge of and ability to maneuver through multiple information screens - High degree of decision making ability using tact and good judgment - Demonstrate professionalism and an aptitude for problem resolution - Strong organizational skills - Strong problem solving skills - Ability to work efficiently and independently or in a team environment - Able to adapt to frequent change - Other Requirements Criminal background check required. These are a mix of knowledge, abilities, skills. Could be considered Requirements. We could also extract Skills: maybe "Strong interpersonal skills", "Strong organizational skills", "Strong problem solving skills", "Ability to communicate effectively", "Ability to maneuver through multiple information screens", "High degree of decision making ability", "Demonstrate professionalism and aptitude for problem resolution", "Ability to work efficiently and independently or in a team environment", "Able to adapt to frequent change". That's many. But we can just have one Requirements section covering all. Benefits: we have a paragraph. Pay: salary range. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

    for each section heading. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details as given, but we can format them into lists. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, ADA, E-Verify, Policy for External Search Firms, etc. Also remove "Work Authorization/Sponsorship" maybe? That's a requirement but it's about sponsorship; it's substantive? It says they are not considering candidates needing sponsorship. That's a requirement. Should we keep? It's not EEO boilerplate; it's a specific requirement about work authorization. It's substantive. Should we include it under Requirements? Probably yes. But the instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Work Authorization/Sponsorship is not exactly EEO; it's a requirement about sponsorship. It's not application instructions. It's a condition. I'd keep it. But we need to check if it's duplicated elsewhere. Not. Thus include that as a requirement. Now we need to convert the responsibilities paragraph into list items. The paragraph is long with many sentences; we can split each sentence or clause into list items. Must preserve all substantive information; we can break into items but not lose info. Similarly for requirements. We need to be careful not to lose any detail like parentheticals. Let's extract responsibilities sentences: From "What You'll Do In This Role": 1. Answer a variety of front line/agent facing
