Agency Recruiting Specialist (Resident)

Recruit, interview, and recommend applicants

• Recruit, interview, and recommend applicants for agency positions across Shelter's operating territory.
• Perform other duties at the request of the Recruiting Manager.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Aptitude to gain thorough knowledge of company products, policies and philosophy
• Ability to travel overnight frequently, can be 50% overnight travel or more
• Ability to develop contacts and learn the local area/community, in person on assigned vacancy
• Ability to obtain P & C and Life & Health licensing and maintain current industry knowledge through industry courses (company paid)
