What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, community involvement, and provided lead resources.
- Consultative Selling: Identify client needs and recommend customized solutions across Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life products.
- Drive Business: Close new business using proven sales processes while cultivating long-term client relationships to protect recurring revenue.
- Leadership Evolution: Contribute to team culture, participate in coaching/recruiting as the district expands, and scale into higher operational or agency leadership roles over time.
What You’ll Need (Requirements)
- Licensing: Active Georgia Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health licenses (or the immediate willingness to obtain them).
- Mindset: A goal-oriented, competitive, and coachable work ethic.
- Skills: Strong relationship-building, time management, and follow-through.
- Experience: Background in sales, networking, marketing, or client development is preferred but we will train the right drive.
