Responsibilities
In the Agency Owner, you are apart of our unique leadership development program that enables the most ambitious sales professionals develop their own agency. This is where you stop trading time for money and begin operating as an independent agency, with continued support, mentorship and training.
Requirements
- Life and Health Insurance License (or capacity to obtain within 30 days of accepted offer)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be a self-starter, motivated, and driven to succeed
- Must be able to work independently and comfortable with full commission sales
