CTP is looking for an Agency New Business Lead to build and run the engine behind CTP's next stage of growth — strengthening CTP's presence in the market, building its pipeline, and helping turn opportunities into lasting client relationships. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines disciplined execution with sound judgment. You will manage the weekly rhythm across agency marketing, relationship-based outreach, and active pursuits - doing the work yourself, reading signals from prospects and warm connections, and adjusting the plan when an opening calls for it.
