Responsibilities

• Oversight of day-to-day activities within the agency office
• Supporting team members through coaching and coordination of workflow
• Contributing to marketing initiatives and outreach within the community
• Tracking and analyzing business metrics to support growth objectives
• Ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Prior insurance, business, or customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses
