Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day activities within the agency office.
  • Support team members through coaching and coordination of workflow.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and outreach within the community.
  • Track and analyze business metrics to support growth objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • You take ownership and follow through until the issue is fully resolved.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, even when the situation is stressful or urgent.
  • You thrive on solving problems and aren’t afraid to dig in, investigate, and get answers.
  • You genuinely care about your community and are dedicated to providing excellent service that makes a positive impact on the people around you.
  • You’re motivated by goals and growth, and you know how to turn needs-based conversations into confident buying decisions that truly help customers.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

  • Prior insurance, business, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Retirement Planning. Our office is located in South Charlotte. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
