Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase sales
- Provide expert advice on insurance products tailored to clients' individual needs and financial goals
- Conduct detailed needs analyses to recommend appropriate coverage options and policy solutions
- Manage client accounts including policy renewals, claims assistance, and updates
- Participate in ongoing training programs and team meetings to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge
- Collaborate with district leadership and team members to achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Proven sales experience or strong desire to develop a career in insurance sales
- Georgia P&C and L&H licenses or ability to obtain
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving performance goals
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with diverse clients
- Basic understanding of financial services or willingness to undergo comprehensive training
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a high-performance culture
