Agency Experience Manager

We are excited to announce our search for a full-time on-site Agency Experience Manager!

This role contributes to the mission of FrankCrum by developing, growing, and maintaining profitable relationships with assigned agency partners.

This role serves as the primary liaison between agency partners and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of products, services, and solutions that meet agency needs.

• Develops and executes account plans that drive agency engagement, increase agency production and profitable premium growth, and support profitable growth within the assigned territory.
• Conducts regular business reviews with agency partners to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve results.
• Partners with Business Development to ensure a seamless transition of newly appointed agencies and support successful onboarding and activation.
• Collaborates with underwriting, operations, marketing, claims, and other internal teams to resolve issues, coordinate resources, and deliver an exceptional agency experience.
• Maintains accurate account records, activity documentation, and pipeline updates within the CRM while preparing reports, forecasts, and business reviews as required.
• Addresses agency concerns proactively, resolves escalated issues, and advocates for solutions that balance agency needs with company objectives.
• Achieves assigned performance objectives related to agency retention, profitable premium growth, customer satisfaction, agency engagement, and other key performance indicators.

Attributes We Seek

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Property and casualty license.
• Three (3) years of experience in account management, agency management, sales, or customer relationship management.
• Three (3) years of knowledge of workers’ compensation insurance, underwriting practices, products, processes, and industry trends.
• Possess an active and current state issued driver’s license.
