About the role
Globe Life is looking for an Agency Development Analyst to join the team. This role is responsible for delivering periodic reports, routine analytics, and ad-hoc data analysis to support Senior Management decision-making. This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX (WFH Monday & Friday, in office Tuesday–Thursday).
Responsibilities
- Drive timely creation and delivery of comprehensive weekly, monthly, and annual reports for the Agency Development department, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all deliverables.
- Routinely communicate and explain reports and data findings to Management.
- Build customized financial projection models that showcase income potential based on individual performance data and career progression milestones.
- Streamline existing data analytics and reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
- Identify and recommend process improvements that reduce reporting redundancies and optimize workflow management through systematic process analysis.
- Present data findings and analytical results to Management through clear, compelling reports and presentations.
- Develop cross-functional capabilities to provide backup support and coverage for representatives throughout the division, ensuring business continuity and operational flexibility.
- Collaborate with Management on data projects while facilitating knowledge transfer across departments.
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, break down information into detail, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Audit.
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, audit, or other related field.
- Experience working with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, including Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail with effective follow-through.
- Strong task and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Action-oriented and results-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
- Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
