Responsibilities

- Assist customers in both English and Spanish - Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries - Process customer service requests and policy changes - Follow up with clients by phone, text, and email - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Maintain accurate customer records - Assist with administrative and office tasks - Support daily agency operations - Learn agency systems, products, and procedures - Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Requirements

- Fluent in both English and Spanish - Positive attitude and strong work ethic - Coachable and willing to learn - Professional communication skills - Organized and detail-oriented - Reliable and dependable - Comfortable speaking with customers - Basic computer skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Desire to grow with the company long-term
