About the role

This role is ideal for an Ag or Commercial Lender with 3+ years of experience and some lending experience. The position offers the opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio, call on local relationships, and partner with a centralized credit team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of agricultural loans
• Call on local relationships to build and maintain customer trust
• Partner with a centralized credit team to ensure loan underwriting and compliance
• Embed yourself in the community while benefiting from the resources of a $1.5B+ institution
