About the role

This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of agricultural lending experience or a credit analyst/portfolio manager ready to step into a lending position. The individual will take over and grow a portfolio based on experience level, with a strong emphasis on relationship management; servicing and regularly visiting customers, with the expectation that new business will naturally follow.

Requirements

• 3+ years of agricultural lending experience or equivalent experience as a credit analyst/portfolio manager
• Strong emphasis on relationship management and customer service
• Experience managing and growing a portfolio

• Strong understanding of agricultural lending practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
