Ag Equipment Operator, x350

About the role

The primary responsibility of this position is to operate various agricultural equipment efficiently and safely. This includes but is not limited to tractors, harvesters, and other machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain agricultural equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
• Load and unload materials from vehicles and storage areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve operational skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of experience operating agricultural equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using common agricultural tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.

Skills

Pay

$18 - $20 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
