Ag Credit Analyst

About the role

The Ag Credit Analyst is responsible for evaluating and managing credit risk for agricultural clients. This includes analyzing financial statements, conducting credit assessments, and developing lending strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and provide credit recommendations
• Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk evaluations
• Develop and implement lending strategies to meet client needs
• Monitor client performance and adjust strategies as necessary
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in credit analysis or lending
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of agricultural industry practices and regulations
• Experience with credit scoring models and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
