Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with children in afterschool activities
• Absorb and assist with homework and provide educational support
• Plan and lead age-appropriate, creative, and educational activities
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Positive and nurturing demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
