About This Role
Calling all who love singing, dancing, storytelling and nurturing young, energetic children. The Closing Afterschool Teacher helps end the day on a high note! This role supports school-age children with homework, fun activities, and positive guidance while keeping everyone safe and engaged. You’ll help with smooth pick-ups, wrap up the program, and make sure the classroom is ready for the next day—all while creating a warm, welcoming afterschool vibe.
What You'll Do
- Supervision and daily class functions of a group of children
- Establish and maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing environment
- Observes all rules and regulations at Chroma Early Learning Academy, the local and state for the safety of children
- Clean and sanitize classroom and toys at end of day
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Satisfactory Background Check
Nice To Haves
- CPR certification
- Experience working with children
