Aftersales Coordinator

About the Role

Quirk Auto Dealerships is seeking an Aftersales Coordinator to support our sales department in a fast-paced automotive environment. This role involves assisting customers with post-sale questions, resolving outstanding issues, and maintaining communication between customers, management, lenders, and internal departments until each transaction is complete.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding paperwork, warranties, and other after-sale items.
• Help resolve outstanding issues professionally to maintain a positive customer experience after vehicle delivery.
• Maintain consistent communication between customers, management, lenders, and internal departments until each transaction is finalized.
• Follow up with customers after delivery when additional signatures, documents, or information are required.

Requirements

• Ability to follow up consistently and resolve missing paperwork or funding issues.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership management systems and lender systems.
• Flexible work schedule, including availability for days, nights, and weekends.
• Successful completion of a background check, including criminal record, physical, drug screen, and motor vehicle records check (if applicable).

Preferred Skills

• Automotive dealership, banking, finance, administrative, or customer-service experience (preferred but not required).
