Aftersales Coordinator

About the role

As an Aftersales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting DESMI's global aftermarket business by ensuring excellent customer service, efficient order handling, and seamless coordination across departments.

• Customer service & quotations: Prepare and issue quotations for spare parts, replacement pumps, and third-party spare parts while providing professional support and responding to customer inquiries.
• Order management & coordination: Process customer orders in the ERP system, monitor order status, and collaborate with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and global DESMI colleagues to ensure timely deliveries.
• Aftermarket support & process optimization: Maintain accurate customer, quote, and order records, support warranty and claims administration, prepare sales reports, and identify opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales, order management, logistics, or a similar role.
• Experience from manufacturing, industrial equipment, pumps, or other technical products is an advantage.
• Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365) and CRM platforms.
• Structured, service-minded, and enjoys working in an international environment.
• Thrives on building strong customer relationships.
