Afternoon Tea Specialist - Bowood

The Role

Curating exceptional afternoon tea experiences within the Shelburne Restaurant for Bowood guests
Advising on tea varieties, flavour notes and recommended pairings
Preparing and serving a range of black tea, green tea and herbal infusions homegrown on the Tregothnan Estate in Cornwall.
Maintaining high presentation and service standards

The Ideal Candidate

• Will Have a genuine passion for tea and hospitality
• Enjoy connecting with people and creating experiences
• Be confident, warm, and engaging
• Have experience in cafés, hospitality, or speciality food & beverage (preferred but not essential)
• Be eager to learn and grow within a specialist environment
