Afternoon Classroom Teacher- Pre-School (ages 2.5-5)

About This Role

Trinity Child Development Center in Knoxville, TN is seeking a qualified Afternoon Classroom Teacher- Pre-School (ages 2.5-5) to work with Preschool (3–5) in a center-based environment. This position requires no formal credential — just relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow DHS rules and QRIS standards
• Classroom will shift depending on the need at the center
• Supervise a group of children during afternoon hours
• Assist parents with pick-up
• Light cleaning and organizing at the end of the day to ensure classroom is ready for next day

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Nice to Have: previous experience with children, additional higher education or training

Benefits

• Full day program for infants through Pre-Kindergarten
• After-school program for 4 elementary schools in the community
• Full day program for school age children when school is not in session

Pay

This Afternoon Classroom Teacher- Pre-School (ages 2.5-5) role pays $13.50 to $14/Hr.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 3-6 p.m.
