Afternoon Babysitter for School-Aged Children

About the role

We are seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced babysitter to provide part-time care for our two girls, ages 7 and 9, in the Cherry Hills area of Denver, CO. We need assistance with school pickup and after-school care from Tuesday to Thursday, with a long-term, consistent routine in mind.

Schedule

Approximately 2 PM to 5:30/6 PM, Tuesday through Thursday. Start times vary:

• Tuesday & Thursday: 3 PM
• Wednesday: 2 PM

Primary location is Cherry Hills Village, with a potential temporary shift to Cherry Creek during home renovations.

Responsibilities

• Pick up children from school
• Prepare snacks and meals
• Assist with homework
• Drive children to after-school activities
• Help children stay organized for the next day
• Perform light tidying related to the kids
• Occasional pet care for our medium-sized, friendly Labradoodle

Requirements

• Dependable and punctual
• Confident driver
• Genuinely enjoys spending time with school-aged children
• Experience with babysitting or childcare

Pay

$25–28 per hour, based on experience.

Start date: late August or September.
