About the role

Leading the Hiab USA Aftermarket Parts & Service business through indirect channels according to Hiab strategy and our customers’ needs. Accountable for the spare parts, accessories, service contracts, digital products, partner operating standards and acts as point of contact for warranty, tech support, and technical training through partners.

Responsibilities

  • Drive parts sales growth through partners by developing key relationships with Dealer stakeholders; responsible for service and parts, and continuously reviewing and improving the service dealer/partner parts sales performance
  • Budgeting, forecasting and growing parts, accessories, service contracts and digital products sales for all Hiab aftermarket products through partners in the US market
  • Adoption and sales of service contracts, digital products, and other services products through dealers/partners according to Hiab’s strategy
  • Propose and develop in coordination with E-Commerce Manager parts campaigns designed to increase parts adoption and capture rates
  • Coordinate with Services and Commercial Excellence teams to manage indirect service offering pricing, including parts and accessories, and partner discount and incentive structures
  • Input all sales and opportunities activities in Sales Force including but not limited to face-to-face meetings, phone meetings, upcoming scheduled meetings, and updated contact information for each partner
  • Dealer operating standard implementation, measurement, and audit process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, marketing, economics or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in service sales in the trucks, agricultural, or construction equipment industry
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
  • Ability to identify upselling opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Experience in managing and optimizing distribution channels
  • Sales and pipeline management focused
  • 50-75% travel required
