Your Impact

  • Provide compassionate aftercare support to donor families through phone calls, correspondence, and resource coordination.
  • Carefully coordinate donor family and transplant recipient correspondence while maintaining confidentiality and timely communication.
  • Manage the distribution and inventory of aftercare materials, grief resources, brochures, and promotional items.
  • Maintain accurate records within a CRM Foundation database.
  • Carefully coordinate and support LifeShare Network’s volunteer program, including recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and ongoing engagement.
  • Connect volunteers with community events, speaking opportunities, and public education initiatives.
  • Aid in statewide marketing and outreach efforts, including public events, driver's education programs, and tag agency initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team on special projects that support donor families and increase community awareness.

Qualifications

  • We're looking for someone who combines compassion with exceptional organization and communication skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Administration, General Studies, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One to three years of experience in administrative support, volunteer coordination, nonprofit organizations, communications, or a related field.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Professionalism, empathy, and discretion when working with sensitive information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook.
