About the role

The Early Care & Education After School Teacher position in North Richland Hills, TX is responsible for providing quality care and education to children aged 6 weeks to 12 years old.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for children.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all students.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation and cleaning.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss child's progress and needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate or ability to obtain one within six months.
• Experience working with children in a childcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to early childhood education.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Pass background check and reference checks.

Skills

• Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
