About the role

Responsible for providing educational support to students in after-school programs. Conducts small group and individual tutoring sessions, implements lesson plans, and monitors student progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct small group and individual tutoring sessions
• Implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
• Mentor and provide academic guidance to students
• Monitor and report student progress to parents and administrators
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to enhance learning experiences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• Teaching certification or willingness to obtain within one year
• Experience working with children in a school or community setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Passing scores on relevant standardized tests
• Background check clearance
• First aid and CPR certification

Pay
