After School Teacher

About the role

Responsible for delivering educational programs to students in after-school settings. Works closely with teachers and parents to support student learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement educational activities aligned with curriculum standards.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop comprehensive after-school programs.
• Ensure all activities are safe, engaging, and promote positive behavior among students.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• At least one year of teaching experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with children and adults.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of child development and learning theories.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Experience with technology integration in education.

Skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic computer literacy.
